In continuing our efforts to foster Media and Information Literacy (MIL) in Kazakhstan, Nazarbayev University Library in cooperation with Integrity Project joins the Global MIL Week 2021 and invites NU students, faculty and staff a series of events from October 25 to 29, 2021.

The Nazarbayev University Library invites you to take part in the Virtual meeting of the Book Club. Together with the North Kazakhstan State University named after Manash Kozybayev, three works of literature will be discussed in our club:

  • "Crime and Punishment" by F. Dostoevsky,
  • "Property of the Soul", a collection of poems by Bakhytzhan Kanapyanov,
  • The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey.

To participate, you must read at least one work and register.

This innovative Conference is organized by Nazarbayev University Student Government jointly with Integrity Project and its partners for students in Kazakhstan, Central Asia, and globally to open discussion on Academic Integrity and Research Ethics.
June 1 annually
This event will explore academic integrity experiences at universities, the integrity challenges facing higher education , best practices for turning challenges into opportunities, and new approaches to student leadership in this context.

Panelists are invited from academic and professional communities to discuss regional and global integrity experiences and research opportunities.

A feature of this event and Integrity Project is the primary role of student voices. Students, scholars, and employers will be invited to observe and take part in live question-and-answer sessions.
